Engagement Model – Projects
The Workflow Concepts approach is unique to the industry. Our solution architects will take the time to learn your business and when possible, secret shop to get a sense of your CX experience. We take the time to review your website, your google places page, social media communication, review your published phone numbers, call in and when feasible, engage with your agents and experience your process first hand.
Once we have gathered the above details, we will host a discovery session to learn about your challenges, identify the areas of improvement and start to build your solution outline that will be the baseline for your project. The outcome of the discovery may be a follow up meeting, a demonstration of the technology or move right to pricing and providing a statement of work. All of which will be carefully documented and curated to define your end state solution that will allow us to build the proper project outline and pricing that does not miss the critical details for success.
We provide two options for project engagement, a fixed priced Statement of Work or our CX Technical Operations Program & Support, CX-TOPS.
Fixed SOW
A fixed statement of work consists of a defined set of project objectives and associated fees. We also carry a block of hours per project that can be used for any unforeseen change control and day two support as needed.

CX-TOPS
Technical Operations Project & Support Program
CX Technical Operations Program & Support is a monthly, all CX encompassing program that will provide you with the ultimate flexibility in designing and implementing the best CX solution possible.
In addition to any of the initial project requirements, the program also includes all our hypercare day two support for any maintenance, break/fix, move/add/change, small projects and the implementation of Webex product feature enhancements as they are released. It also will cover any change control items that surface during these types of projects.
